Donations & Sponsorship
At Cha Cha Chocolate we have a longstanding commitment to support the Bundaberg community through a number of key activities such as sponsorship, donations, fundraising and partnerships. We do this because we believe that it is through this personal and business investment we can make a positive difference to the lives of our Region and community.
Our current focus is on supporting, financially and via product donation, the following organisations, groups and charities; Collar Spaniels Rescue Australia, Red Collar Rescue, Bundaberg Basketball, and the Bundaberg Eisteddfod.
We have also supported the following; Marcusās Mission, Angels Community Group, Australiaās Biggest Morning Tea, Relay for Life, St Lukeās Anglican School Breast Cancer High Tea, Elliott Heads Surf Lifesaving Christmas Raffle, as well as many local school and sporting raffles and fundraisers.
Providing this support is very important to us and we feel this is the best way for us to contribute to a cross section of charity, cultural and environmental causes.
SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL
If you would like to submit a sponsorship proposal please read the following and note that each proposal is carefully assessed to determine if it aligns with Cha Cha Chocolates sponsorship objectives. Please allow up to 20 business days for your proposal to be assessed; a response will be emailed. All proposals must address the following criteria;
- Organisation details including name of organisation, address, email, telephone number
- Name of primary contact and their email and telephone number
- Description of the organisation, specific request
- Summary of specific event, if applicable, including date, location, expected number of participants/attendees, other sponsors, benefits of sponsorship
Sponsorship proposals may be emailed to chachachocolate@bigpond.com or printed on the organisationās letterhead and mailed to;

DONATIONS
Our engagement with our local communities includes ongoing support of charitable organisations, community groups, local events and many other worthy causes. As you can imagine, due to the nature of our business we receive a large number of donation requests but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate every request as they would exceed our nominated resources. However, we are happy to consider requests for product donations through the following process.
If you would like to submit a donation request please read the following and note that each request is assessed to determine if it aligns with Cha Cha Chocolates community donation objectives and needs to be received at least one month before the donation is required. Please allow up to 15 business days for your request to be assessed; a response will be emailed. All requests must address the following criteria;
- Organisation details including name of organisation, address, email, telephone number
- Name of primary contact and their email and telephone number
- Brief description of the organisation
- Summary of specific event donation applies to, including date, location, expected number of participants/attendees, other sponsors, benefits of donation, how the donation will be used, product requested, quantity of product requested, date the donation is required
