We charge a flat rate of $25 AUD for each delivery purchased via our online store.

Our delivery service covers all locations across Australia, and we exclusively use Australia Post's reliable Express Post service.

The shipping cost we charge includes both postage and handling to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR LOCAL BUNDABERG DELIVERY?

When it comes to delivering orders in Bundaberg and the surrounding coastal areas, we rely on a trusted local courier service. During checkout, you will have the option to select your preferred delivery area, and the corresponding prices are as follows:

  • Delivery to Bundaberg Local: $15.00
  • Delivery to Bargara: $20.00
  • Delivery to Elliot Heads, Burnett Heads, Coral Cove, Mon Repos & Innes Park: $25.00
  • Delivery to Moore Park Beach: $30.00
  • Delivery to Gin Gin: $35.00

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE TIME SLOTS FOR LOCAL BUNDABERG DELIVERY?

We love taking care of our local deliveries! At around 1pm, we collect all the orders from the Chocolate Shop. Our fantastic courier service then starts with the central Bundaberg Orders, ensuring they get delivered first. Afterward, they make their way to the coastal deliveries in the afternoon.

While we can't promise exact delivery times, we genuinely care about your preferences. If you have a specific time slot in mind, just let us know in the "notes" section of your online order. We'll do our absolute best to bring your goodies within your preferred time frame.

In Bundaberg, local delivery times can vary between 1pm to 5pm. We want to make sure your treats arrive at their freshest and brightest!
 

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY?

For same-day local deliveries, please make sure to place your order before 1pm. If you happen to order after this time, don't worry! Your package will be delivered on the following business day.

If you find yourself needing your order on the day after the cut-off time, simply give our friendly team a call at +61 7 4152 4204. They will be more than happy to help you arrange for in-store collection or explore alternative delivery options for that day.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ONLINE ORDER?

At Cha Cha Chocolates, we ship your online orders using Australia Post's reliable Express Post service. Please note that our deliveries are currently limited to addresses within Australia.

To ensure the safe arrival of your goodies, we take great care in packaging your order. Your items will be meticulously packed in a sturdy cardboard shipping box, accompanied by scrunched tissue paper and bubble wrap for optimal protection during transit.

For your peace of mind, we require a signature for all deliveries. In most metropolitan areas, the Australia Post delivery agent will attempt to deliver your package directly to your door. If they are unable to do so, they will leave your parcel in a safe place, provided one is available. If no safe place is found, your delivery will be taken to your Local Post Office for convenient collection.

We advise against opting for delivery to Australia Post parcel lockers due to the increased likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures, which may affect the quality of your chocolates. We want to ensure that your treats arrive in perfect condition, so we recommend choosing a delivery option that prioritizes temperature control.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We strive to process, pack, and dispatch orders promptly to get them on their way to you. Generally, this process is completed within 2 business days from the time you place your order.

It's important to note that these timeframes may vary depending on various factors. During busier periods such as Christmas, Easter, and other special promotions, higher order volumes can result in slightly longer processing times. Additionally, in order to protect the quality of our products, we may choose to delay shipping during extremely hot weather conditions.

Our order dispatch takes place from Monday to Thursday. If you place an order on a Friday, we believe it's best to hold onto it until Monday, as we cannot guarantee the storage conditions over the weekend.

If you have a specific deadline or date in mind for receiving your parcel, we recommend considering placing your order well in advance to ensure it arrives on time.

Our dedicated fulfillment team diligently monitors national weather forecasts on a daily basis to ensure that your chocolates arrive in the utmost quality, even during hot weather conditions.

For the best shipping experience, we have carefully selected Australia Post as our preferred shipping provider. They offer temperature-controlled options throughout the entire shipping process, giving your chocolates the care they deserve.

During periods of warm weather, we take extra precautions to protect your chocolates. We include food-grade ice packs with your order, which help maintain optimal temperature during transit in most conditions. However, please understand that during extreme heatwaves, we may choose to hold your order temporarily until the weather cools down a bit. If this is a requirement, we will advise you of this delay via email and phone. Rest assured, we will promptly notify you by email when your order is dispatched.

Once your order is on its way, Australia Post will send you an email notification with tracking information. This allows you to easily track your parcel's journey and anticipate its arrival.
