WHAT ARE YOUR STORE TRADING HOURS?Our current Trading Hours are as follows:
- Monday: 9am to 5pm
- Tuesday: 9am to 5pm
- Wednesday: 9am to 5pm
- Thursday: 9am to 5pm
- Friday: 9am to 5pm
- Saturday: 8.30am to 1pm
- Sunday: Closed
During special occasions like Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, and Christmas, we go the extra mile to make your experience even better. That's when we offer extended hours, so keep an eye out for those times when you can spend more time with us.
IS YOUR COMPANY OWNED?Our store is proudly owned and run by Melanice Jacobsen and husband Tim Zielke.
Melanice, is a second-generation chocolatier, that is carrying on the family tradition after learning from her father, Barry Jacobsen, who was the previous owner of Jakes Candy, a local chocolate manufacturer and factory in the Bundaberg region for over 35years.
Drawing from over 50 years of collective experience in the chocolate industry, Melanice now brings a remarkable wealth of knowledge and expertise to her own business.
DO YOU CONDUCT FACTORY TOURS?At Cha Cha Chocolate, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer factory tours at this time. This is due to workplace health and safety regulations as well as current COVID restrictions. However, we are more than happy to arrange a small taste testing experience for tours consisting of a minimum of 6 people. Please note that a minimum 48-hour notice is required for this arrangement.
